This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario privacy standards.
1. Information We Collect

Contact & Identity Data: Your name, phone number, email address, and physical residential address.
Consultation & Assessment Data: Information about your living space, what feels most overwhelming, your specific goals, and any voluntarily disclosed access needs you share so we can tailor our support.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to deliver compassionate, barrier-free space stabilization services, including: reviewing your intake request to prepare for your consultation, communicating with you regarding scheduling, invoicing, and updates, and designing custom workflows and safety plans tailored to your processing style and mobility needs.
3. Data Sovereignty & Document Integrity
We believe in your absolute privacy. To ensure all of your data remains entirely yours:
Vital Records: All organization, sorting, and digitization of vital records (e.g., wills, medical directives, personal collections) will be performed exclusively using your personal technology.
No Credential Storage: We will never record, save, or store your private digital credentials, passwords, or login details.
Client Responsibility: While we take all reasonable precautions to assist you safely, the ongoing security and management of your digital assets remain your responsibility.
